When we’re not busy publishing magazines and securing coverage for our wonderful clients, the TylerBale team can usually be found taking part in a sporting event of one sort or another. Managing Director Andy Simms is locked in a weekly battle to outdo himself on an exercise bike in the local gym, while Editorial Director Steve Tyler has spent the autumn tackling two of the world’s major marathons in Berlin (pictured above) and Chicago.

We’re not likely to be troubling Bradley Wiggins and Mo Farah anytime soon, but we like to think that a healthy body is indeed key to a healthy mind.
